I really wanted this to work, but it keeps disconnecting on me. Turns out my phone isn't supported either, which I didnt realize at first. Frustrating tbh.

I’ve been trying to use nreal.ai for a few weeks now, and the app is kinda all over the place. It freezes when I’m logging in sometimes, and other times it just kicks me out for no clear reason.

The updates haven’t really helped much either. Some days it works fine, then the next day certain features just keep loading forever or I end up staring at blank screens. I’ve already had to reinstall it twice, which is annoying.

Support has been kinda slow to respond, and when they do, it’s mostly the same basic troubleshooting steps. For something I’m supposed to rely on, the software still feels unfinished.

At first glance the display looks decent, but after using it a bit, the text starts looking blurry around the edges and the colors just feel slightly off. It’s not unusable or anything, but for what this costs, I expected a sharper screen. The frustrating part is it feels like one of those things that falls into a policy loophole where it’s “working as intended,” so you’re kind of stuck even though it’s clearly not great. Not terrible, just disappointing.

It fits okay overall, like at first I thought it was going to be totally fine, but after wearing it for a while my nose started getting sore. Not awful, just kind of annoying after some time.

I just don’t feel like it’s worth the price. To be fair, it’s not terrible, but for what you’re paying, I expected a lot more

I had to return my glasses, and while it did get handled in the end, the whole thing left me feeling mentally drained. The process wasn’t super clear, and support did respond, but sometimes it took a few days, so I ended up having to follow up more than once. They eventually sent the return info and my refund came through, so it wasn’t a total disaster. I just wish it had been quicker and easier to understand from the start.
